Il bando rientra nella Destination 2 – Innovative Research on the European Cultural Heritage and the Cultural and Creative Industries, le cui attività promuoveranno un migliore accesso e coinvolgimento per il patrimonio culturale, migliorando la sua protezione, valorizzazione e restauro. La ricerca e l’innovazione sosterranno la crescita sostenibile e la creazione di posti di lavoro attraverso le industrie culturali e creative e contribuiranno ad integrarle nella politica industriale europea come motori di innovazione e competitività.
Il cluster 2 si concentra sulle sfide relative alla governance democratica, al patrimonio culturale e all’industria creativa, nonché alle trasformazioni sociali ed economiche. A tal fine, mobiliterà le competenze multidisciplinari delle scienze sociali e umane europee per comprendere le fondamentali trasformazioni contemporanee della società, dell’economia, della politica e della cultura per una transizione e una ripresa dell’UE verde, digitale e inclusiva.
